What we collect

When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the information you submit directly: your name, email address, the details of your project and — if you choose to share it — a budget range. We don’t collect anything beyond what you choose to tell us.

To protect the form from spam, we also keep a short-lived request counter keyed by IP address; it expires automatically within a few hours and is used for nothing else.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the agreed services. Submissions are stored in our database (Amazon DynamoDB, AWS us-east-1) and forwarded to the founders’ private Telegram chat so a real person can reply quickly. We never sell or rent your information to third parties.

Cookies & analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics today. If we add analytics in the future, this section will be updated to describe what’s tracked and how to opt out.

Third-party processors

• AWS — hosting, and enquiry storage in DynamoDB (us-east-1)
• Telegram — instant lead notifications to a private studio chat

These providers only process data on our behalf and under their own privacy commitments.

Data retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you or deliver a project, and delete it on request.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion at any time by emailing us.
