Acceptance of terms
By engaging Gentlebears (“we”, “us”) for design or development services, or by using this website, you agree to the terms below.
Services
We provide web & mobile development, product design, brand & identity, and product strategy services, scoped in writing on a per-project basis. The specifics of any engagement are defined in a separate proposal or statement of work, which takes precedence over this general page.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed per project — see Pricing for our general approach. Work is scheduled once a deposit and signed proposal are received.
Intellectual property
Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Until then, all work remains the property of Gentlebears. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidentiality
We treat project details as confidential and will sign a mutual NDA on request before any information is shared.
Limitation of liability
Gentlebears’ liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect at the start of a project governs that engagement.
